In this small group clinic, players will receive increased 1 on 1 attention and focus in on how to increase ball control and learn to effectively use the total surface area of the foot. This includes the inside, outside, sole, lace, toe, instep, heel, and ankle. Players will learn both basic and intermediate techniques such as chops, pulls, rolls, double moves, and cuts while enhancing their first touch ability and ways to receive and keep pace. Finishing will also be emphasized, and coaches will go through various finishing scenarios so players get reps learning how to strike both in motion and stationary. All equipment shall be provided besides cleats and guards, indoor cleats are permissible at turf facilities, and shin guards are recommended.
