Players are encouraged to employ skills used in football such as running pass routes, play calling, defensive positioning, the fundamentals of blocking and pass coverage. These skills and others will be put to use in a "game time" environment while the players scrimmage each week.

This baseball class gives players an introduction to baseball. Players work on technique and enhancing form in this comprehensive skills clinic. This program teaches throwing mechanics as well as batting stance, bat positioning and speed, using both live pitching and hitting off the tee. Players learn various positions in the field through game play and basic in game strategy. Players should bring their own gloves, and be ready for a fun, fast paced learning environment.

This introductory T-ball program is perfect for a child who wants to have fun, make new friends and be introduced to baseball. Participants enjoy learning the skills needed to play baseball including offense and defense, as well as the rules and philosophies of the game. The program stresses teamwork over competition. All you need to bring is a glove!

This Football program includes exclusively designed equipment tailored to enhance the early football experience for each participant. The program challenges children to develop new cognitive, physical and social skills. In addition, each child will experience social interaction with children and adults in a fun environment. This clinic is designed to instruct each participant on the proper hitting technique. Instruction and improvement of fundamentals for successful hitting includes: proper form/technique, grip, various stances, weight shift, stride, swing, and follow-through. Video analysis will be used to develop proper hitting technique.

This clinic is designed to enhance players' mechanics and form in fielding, throwing, hitting, and catching. Players will work in two person teams and receive focused instruction on body mechanics to ensure a solid foundation for optimal control, accuracy, and velocity. Players will focus on a specific aspect of the game each week, ensuring tiered development and that players leave learning an integral technical aspect every program. Sessions run at a maximum of 6 participants. Players are required to bring a glove, bats and helmets shall be provided.

Players begin to develop more advanced skills such as various guard/post techniques, setting screens, moving without the ball, and offensive spacing. Defensive instruction includes man-to-man, denying the ball, help-line and boxing out. Players spend time developing their shot using proper mechanics to be effective further from the basket. Scrimmages are played every week.

For our 200 level programs hoops are set at a height of nine feet (Coaches may adjust at their discretion) and 28.5 basketballs are used in accordance with USAB guidelines. 

The highest level of our Academy programs, this class will push players to develop passing, shooting and dribbling for competitive in game situations, as well as ensure they understand all aspects of how game play is conducted at the High School level. Defensive instruction includes man-to-man, denying the ball, help-line and boxing out, and offensive instruction will work on attacking concepts both individually and as a team. Athletes qualified for Basketball 302 should possess intermediate shooting and dribbling skills, an above average understanding of the game and are looking for a more competitive basketball experience. 

For our 300 level programs hoops are set at a height of ten feet (Coaches may adjust at their discretion). Size 6 (28.5 inches) basketballs are used for female participants, and size 7 (29.5 inches) basketballs are used by male participants in accordance with USAB guidelines. 

The next step in basketball instruction, this class will build upon the fundamentals taught in the Basketball 101 class. A slightly faster paced environment will be geared around competitive play, encouraging tactics such as attacking the basket and aggressive defense. Players should have basic knowledge of the rules and be able to dribble comfortably in order to succeed in the class.

This program is for female participants only.

This program provides players with solid pitching mechanics allowing them to make significant strides in the art of pitching. The program includes the following aspects of pitching: fundamental mechanics, body positioning & alignment, throwing drills, stride drills, power drills, live pitching, arm care, and pitching strategies.

This program introduces players to team-oriented concepts as well as more advanced skill mechanics, while also refining fundamentals learned in earlier levels. New players will be able to learn these core concepts as well, and class will be separated to ensure players of varying skill levels progress at appropriate pace. A focus on body movement and control will be prioritizes to enable players to utilize all aspects of the game.

In the next stage of their progression, players increase their playing stamina and speed in an up-tempo game like atmosphere. The clinic’s specific technique training involves strength and placement shooting, landing on the shooting foot, precision passing, settling the ball with various body parts and advanced fundamentals and skill maneuvers. Most importantly, players are taught game concepts that will improve their decision-making and overall game.

This program is designed for players to build on their current skills. Our instructors provide all players with assessments of their current skills, and offer each player tips and drills to improve their overall skills. This program features: stretching, form running, hitting mechanics, pitching mechanics, infield & outfield footwork, base running, game play and strategy. Participants should bring their own bat and glove.

In this small clinic players will receive encreased 1 on 1 attention with a lower coach to player ratio. Players will focus on multiple aspects of the game, with an emphasis on enhancing attacking abilities around the rim and the ability to collect and score from various passing positions. Ball handling will also be a primary focus with a miminum of 10 - 15 minutes of hand and eye work done to start each session. Footwork will be worked on weekly to ensure players have the requisite skill set to execute higher level concepts and build a foundation to compete at the higher levels. All equipment is provided. This program will scrimmage on in select cirucmstances. 

In this small clinic players will receive encreased 1 on 1 attention with a lower coach to player ratio. Players will receive a full scale evaluations on their pocket, set point, lift, launch, and release. Players will build their shots from the feet up, ensuring that their lower body mechanics do not pull on their finish, and ensure a fluid body mechanic from start to finish. Players will get hundreds of reps shooting in various positions and sets, from flares, drops, strightlines, L cuts, loops, and off screens. Focus will be primarily on off ball shooting but some on ball work will also be done. All equipment is provided. This program will scrimmage on in select cirucmstances.

In this small clinic players will receive encreased 1 on 1 attention with a lower coach to player ratio. This program is perfect for players looking to be the primary ball handler for their teams. Coaches will focus on enhancing players' ability to be omni-directional, and play to all areas of the court. Awareness and vision will be challenged and hand-eye cooridnation will be a primary area of development. All equipment is provided. This program will scrimmage on in select cirucmstances. 

This introductory level class is perfect for all beginners to volleyball. Coaches will teach players the fundamentals to volleyball, learn the rules, parts of the court, serving, positions, types of passing and driving, and strategy. Each class is designed to promote good sportsmanship and teamwork. A special lightweight ball designed by Wilson Sports will be used to assist players with stirking the ball, and adjustable nets will be set to anywhere from three feet to six feet depedning on players' abilities. All equipment is provided. 

In this small clinic players will receive encreased 1 on 1 attention with a lower coach to player ratio. This program will focus on ensuring players build the mechanics to have fluid game play, and keep the ball in play and over in three touches. Both underhand serve and overhand serve technique will be taught, and coaches will help cultivate the form each player prefers. All equipment is provided. This program will scrimmage on in select cirucmstances and in a similuated manner to incorporate technique into game like settings. 

In this small clinic players will receive encreased 1 on 1 attention with a lower coach to player ratio. Players will work primarily on ball control, and learn how to attack and receive with the ball stationed at each part of their feet. Players will also focus on both passive and aggressive technique while guarding, and how to utilize their footwork and hips to maximize space and separation on both offense and defense. All equipment shall be provided besides cleats and guards, indoor cleats are permissible at turf facilities, and shin guards are recommended. 

In this small clinic players will receive encreased 1 on 1 attention with a lower coach to player ratio. Players will learn various routes and focus on understanding how to stack a proper route, how to increase their get off and burst, and how to finish routes and execute a hands first catch. Players will be taught on how to make proper coverage reads from both the quarterback and receiver position, and how option routes work. All equipment shall be provided besides cleats, indoor cleats are permissible at turf facilities. This program will scrimmage on in select cirucmstances and in a similuated manner to incorporate technique into game like settings. 

This perfect introduction to competitive volleyball allows players to compete in a controlled setting while continuing to learn all the major hitting techniques on the ball. Coaches will have an emphasis on setting and overs to assist players with learning how to have fluid game play, and nets and service lines will be adjusted to fit the player skill levels of the group. Various balls by Wilson will also be introduced that vary in weight and texture, making it easier for players to compete and successful servie, set, drive, and volley. All equipment is provided, knee guards are not necessary but may be worn. 

In this small clinic players will receive encreased 1 on 1 attention with a lower coach to player ratio. Players will work primarily on ball control as it pertain to finishing and receiving, and learn how to attack and receive the ball in motion, stationary, and in retreat. Players will focus on finishing with multiple body techniques as well from various passes both across body and through body. All equipment shall be provided besides cleats and guards, indoor cleats are permissible at turf facilities, and shin guards are recommended. 

This advanced program will assist players with solid fundamentals and foundational skill sets with advanced training on hitting mechanics. Players will review all technical aspects of hitting from stance width, hip weight, snap, angular rotation, bat placement, grip, and finish to maximize hitting efficiency and power. Players should have a strong knowledge of hitting fundamentals, and are encouraged to bring a properly sized bat for their height and weight. All methods of bat training will be utilized, from machine to live ball hitting. Helmets are provided, but players are encouraged to bring their own helmets.

This class features games from two of our most popular classes: Dodgeball and Nerf Elite Battle! All Nerf blasters, ammo and eye protection will be provided. Dodgeball uses super soft balls and safety is stressed during game play. Each week various games and battle fields will be assembled to ensure class is engaging and fresh each week. Players will be separated into teams based on the games construct each week, with games ranging from solo (every player for themselves) to multi-team (up to eight teams playing at once).
