Lil Spikers Volleyball

This introductory level class is perfect for all beginners to volleyball. Coaches will teach players the fundamentals to volleyball, learn the rules, parts of the court, serving, positions, types of passing and driving, and strategy. Each class is designed to promote good sportsmanship and teamwork. A special lightweight ball designed by Wilson Sports will be used to assist players with stirking the ball, and adjustable nets will be set to anywhere from three feet to six feet depedning on players' abilities. All equipment is provided.
