All withdrawals and cancellations from programs for any reason will be conveyed as an account credit in the prorated amount from when an administrator is contacted and confirms receipt of the request to withdrawal. By registering (or by being registered by an administrator) you acknowledge that cash refunds are not provided under any circumstance, be it related to quality of programming, space, medical, travel, illness, loss of employment, relocation, or any and all reasons that may prohibit an individual from attending the program. All account credits are provided back to the affiliated account they are registered through, and active for one year from date of admission. Facility restrictions may apply.
*Certain partners, municipalities, Park Districts, schools, organizations, and/or facilities of Hot Shots Sports may not provide refunds or credits of any kind, and it is the consumer's responsibility to verify any deviation from the above stated refund/cancelation policy.
